The light? What's that?

I was sitting being very quiet and this came into my head.

It is ok to think of yourself well. You are part of the light. Thinking you are good and to think positively about yourself is, in essence, thinking well of the light.

Thinking negatively about yourself and what you do estranges you from the light and you feel awkward and disjointed.

Keep thinking well of yourself and of others because this means you're also thinking well of the light. Which makes you closer to the light. That's what our goal in life is. To be more like the light.

I know this is a very simplistic and obvious view, but it wasn't to me until today.
